J2EE.11.8 Deployment APIs

This specification assumes that deployment tools will be provided with a J2EE product by the product provider. J2EE tool providers would also like to be able to provide deployment tools that could work with all J2EE products. Future versions of this specification may define deployment APIs to allow the creation of such tools.
