Conventions Used in This Book
The following typographical conventions are used in this book:
- Italic

Indicates URLs and filenames, and is used to introduce new terms.
Sometimes we explain thread features using a question-and-answer
format. Questions posed by the reader are rendered in italic.
- Constant width

Indicates code examples, methods, variables, parameters, and keywords
within the text.
Constant width bold

Indicates user input, such as commands that you type on the command
line.
